In the Slavyanka Mountains, the Ali boot reserve is located.

Along the ridge of the mountain passes the state border between Bulgaria and Greece, and half of its area is on the territory of Greece. Its highest point is Gotsev Peak (2212m), located on the border line itself.

In autumn, the mountain is particularly beautiful with its yellow colours and dripping hazel, and the colours and photos are amazing.

According to legend, the local warlord Ilia (Ali) used to roam the area of Mount Slavyanka during Turkish times. He was distinguished by great physical strength and courage. Eventually, however, he was captured by the Turks and handed over to the local bey for trial.

The program is a two-day mountain hike and overnight in a lodge.
It is suitable for everyone with good physical fitness, as well as for children over 14 years.
