Introduction:
The Southern Black Sea coast is a favorite destination for many Bulgarians. And the combination with the enchanting, full of life rivers flowing into it makes kayaking an unforgettable experience.
Within the framework of the one-weekend program, we will embark on a kayak exploration of the coastline along the southern Black Sea coast, sail in rivers with a rich diversity of flora and fauna, observe colonies of cormorants, turtles and... whatever we are lucky enough to let near us. And usually we are lucky.
We have prepared the following program for your South Coast and Rivers adventure:
Day 1
- Meeting in front of Vasil Levski stadium at 18:30 and departure from Sofia.
- Upon arrival we set up our tents at the campsite and have a night rest.
Day 2
- After a hearty breakfast and coffee, we put the kayaks on the water and, weather permitting, head south along the beautiful, rock-strewn coastline. At breaks we will enjoy the sandy beaches and the pleasant sea water.
- After a break on a magnificent beach we embark on our first river exploration.
- In the evening after returning to the pleasant atmosphere of the campsite we will prepare the barbecue, and only the fantasies and skills of everyone in the company are the limits that define the culinary delights that await us.
Day 3
- Early in the morning after breakfast and beach, we pack up camp, load the kayaks and after a short trip we are back at sea. Next, we paddle into the second river of the program, where we will be greeted by colonies of pelicans nesting in the tall trees and sounding the air with their cries.
- On the way back to Sofia we will stop for dinner in a specially selected magnificent Black Sea restaurant.
Note: the organizers reserve the right to change the program depending on weather conditions to ensure maximum safety of the participants.
