Take a friend, contact us to set a date and come climb the ice of Skakavitsa or Boyana Falls. One Day Beginner Ice Climbing is suitable for anyone interested in a challenge to experience the passion of ice.
During the day you will try:
- Ice climbing in a bind
- Abalakov rappelling When you participate in the training we provide:
- Instructor
- General equipment for the group
What is asked of you:
- You must be 18 years old.
- You must not have any health problems related to mountaineering and its stresses
- Have experience in summer climbing (climbing and belaying with lower belay, rappelling, organizing pitches).
- Extreme insurance for the days of the program (Participants without insurance are not allowed!)
- Food and drinks according to personal needs
- Self-organisation of transport and accommodation (Shared travel between participants is possible).
Personal equipment required:
1. Backpack - to hold the items below
2. Thermal underwear - top and bottom
3. Warm gloves - 2 pairs
4. Hat - 2 pcs.
5. Water and windproof jacket
6. Warm garment - fleece top type
7. Hard-soled winter alpine shoes
8. Sunglasses / ski mask
9. Sun cream
10. Water / thermos with hot drink (tea)
11. Food of personal choice
12. Mobile phone with charged battery
13. Headphone with new/charged batteries
14. Alpine seat
15. Climbing helmet
16. Cats
17. Ice axes
Venue. Malyovitsa or x. Skakavitsa, Rila; - Boyansky waterfall, Vitosha.
Duration: 1 day
The activity is suitable for two participants. You can surprise your relative with a gift voucher and accompany him/her.
Prices:
Individual price. For two: BGN 714.
The price does not include: insurance, logistic costs, food and drinks, personal equipment (seat, helmet, crampons, personal safety equipment - we can provide them for a fee upon request).
